RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview


Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we canā€™t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable digital products

    • Intimate or sanitary goods

    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items customized or personalized for you

    • Health and personal care products

To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

    • Books with obvious signs of use

    • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened

    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

    • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you havenā€™t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    1. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.

    1. Contact your bank; processing time varies.

Sale Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@vlacks.com and send your item to given address in the email.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youā€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasnā€™t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns


To return your product, send it to the given address in the email.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
